Profile

German lawyers, Nordic perspective

Our lawyers have been supporting international businesses with answers to all legal questions relating to the German market for 25 years. We particularly specialise in clients from Denmark, Norway and Sweden – German law with a Nordic perspective. Do you require support with legal communication with Germany? We are here to assist you.

Looking beyond that, we have long-standing expertise with renewable energies law, real estate law and many more fields of law relevant for entrepreneurs. We help Nordic as well as German and international businesses with questions regarding the cross-border exchange of goods and services and entry to the German market – for instance with start-ups or investments.

Long-standing experience supporting Nordic and international clients

We give long-term advisory to many of our clients regarding all questions of commercial law – from legal advice to the management to legal questions concerning employment and corporate succession. It is our preference to solve problems out-of-court. We will, however, spare no effort to enforce claims in court or fend off claims by others if litigation cannot be avoided. The economic result for our clients is our primary goal.

Advisory with a Nordic perspective: that means not just to acknowledge the needs of Scandinavian and international businesses on the German market but to think ahead from their point of view – for efficient, economically viable results. All our lawyers have long-standing experience with legal support for foreign companies – and speak at least one Nordic language and of course English. This is what facilitates communication and mutual understanding.
